Key Responsibilities: Site plan design, pro forma responsibilities, Anchor tenant marketing/ground lease negotiations.

Project Summary:  Two corners of an intersection were purchased—a 14 acre parcel and 20 acre parcel—with the intention of placing a Publix Super Market anchored center on the 20 acre corner parcel and a mixed use development on the 14 acre corner parcel.

Results:  Two of the ground lease tenants intend to open in 2009 and the Publix anchored center should be developed in 2011.

Key Tenants:  Publix Super Markets, CVS Pharmacy, and National City Bank.
